Mitsubishi at one time was one of the leading companies in producing cars all around the world. In recent times they have not been that lucky, and the cars that they produced have left a lot to be desired in truth.
While they are by no means the top company in car manufacturing at the moment, they finally came to a crossroads in 2016, when they were one-third taken over by Nissan. Since then there are many plans, and a lot of good cars are in the works soon to be released in 2018. Read about the cars to be released in 2018 here.
When it comes to 2017 sports cars, Mitsubishi did not do too well and don’t really have much to show in the year. Here are the best cars of 2017 for Mitsubishi.
The Mitsubishi Lancer
Truth be told, the interior of the Lancer is rather bland and leaves something to be desired. What’s worse when it comes to driving Mitsubishi did not do themselves too many favours with the car either. It is still one of their better cars of the year with a front wheel drive. The car is also marketed as the Galant Fortis and over the years has been one of the better cars that have been produced by Mitsubishi, all the way back in 1973.

The Outlander
When the Evo Lancer was discontinued, the Outlander remained the sole survivor of the best cars that Mitsubishi had ever taken to make. With two hundred and twenty-four horsepower and 3.0 liter V6 engine, it offers immense amounts of power despite the compact size. There are many versions of the Outlander out there, one which is smaller with 2.0 liter and 2.4-litre cylinders and the plug-in hybrid as well.
Mirage G-4
The Mirage G-4 was a do-over of the much complained about hatchback that Mitsubishi had taken into the market. The exterior may be shiny and improved upon, but the list of the things that still need to be improved upon in this car is never-ending.
Mitsubishi Pajero
With an updated design, the Mitsubishi Pajero is back. This time the engines include the 3.0-liter 6G72 V6, the 3.5-liter 6G74 V6, the 3.8-liter 6G75 V6, the 2.8-liter four-cylinder turbo diesel 4M40, and the 3.2-liter 4M41 common rail four-cylinder turbo diesel. These may have been carried over from the previous model, but that is not all. This time the car has been given metallic trim and new black accents.
